As the call for "is anyone a doctor?" ripples down the packed tram, you can spot a number of people awkwardly looking around for others doing the same, vaguely negotiating (with one another and internally) by glance, trying to figure out when to offer "well, I'm not, but it looks like I may be the best you've got".
(None of us had to go for it, as someone towards the back volunteered. Everything appeared nominal at the next (and last) stop, less than a minute later.)
